Price Changes and Transparency

Users have reported dissatisfaction with pricing changes and lack of transparency. Some have experienced sudden increases in pricing or changes in plan structures without clear communication, leading to confusion and frustration among customers.

Billing and Additional Charges

There are challenges with billing, including issues with overcharging or changes in billing policies. What users say about Aircall pricing

The price is 5x vs. other providers. Calls and SMS are charged on top of the subcribtion price which is excessive to start with. I asked to cancel and a refund and but have been ignored. Highly recommended to avoid.

Limited functionality for the price. Support is currently insufficient as resolving issues when help is required often poses a significant challenge.

The price can be the concern to me or anybody that works with Aircall, but I think that at the end of all compared to any other platform the price is worth it the simplicity.

Terrible for Canadian businesses. No CNAM changes, no MMS support. I've since switched to OpenPhone, half the price with all the support Aircall doesn't have. I signed up for an annual commitment with Aircall under the assumption I could change my CNAM (caller ID). That isn't true for Canadian numbers, and they aren't willing to let me out of that commitment despite their sales rep telling me that CNAM changes were possible and didn't specify conditions on Canadian numbers.

I'm not familiar with the price range but I do think this is a recommended product for any business on any level from your 10 employee office to your 2,000 employee call-center this is ideal for any business. It has a very sleek design and is extremely user-friendly. I'm excited to see where the company is headed over the next couple of years.

FAQ on Aircall Pricing

What tools does Aircall support?

Aircall is integrated with all CRMs and critical business and conversational tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Slack, Gong, and many others.

What is hosted VoIP?

Hosted VoIP, or cloud VoIP, is an IP telephony solution available online and accessible via servers. It’s different from on-premise VoIP, which requires the installation of telephony infrastructure in the company’s local network.

What is VoIP?

VoIP, or Voice over IP, is a technology that transmits voice over IP (Internet Protocol) networks. Unlike traditional telephony, which uses physical phone lines, IP telephony makes it possible to place and receive calls over the Internet, and to do so using a variety of devices (smartphone, laptop or desktop, tablet, IP phone, etc.).

What’s the difference between ToIP and VoIP?

VoIP makes it possible to transmit voice over any private or public IP network via a wired connection (ADSL, fiber optic) or a wireless one (Wi-Fi, mobile networks, etc.). Although it’s based on VoIP, ToIP (Telephony over IP), only transmits voice over local IP networks (LAN).
