We are a team of 3 members using Apollo. We removed one user from the plan and a task created by this user was running, which consumed all the credits we had. How are they letting an inactive user consume credits? This happened twice and the support team is still refusing to be responsible. This mistake/bug cost us $1000+. The support team has been refusing the mistake from their end. A refund was never made.

I like the way apollo works and gives the exact requirement or information a person need. Also its really good that apollo is identifying mail IDs free of cost. Also the cost charged to upgrade the plan is not much expensive.

The best thing about Apollo is their different pricing plan that can be used for people and organizations with different needs. You can simply subscribe for one month and give it a try. Many other solutions do not offer this type of flexibility.

Apollo has great data quality, a full feature set, every integration you may need, the ability to perform execution within the platform and have it reflected accurately in the crm, superior support, and it's easy to start and integrate. I use it every day. You're able to instantly implement, and then it's just you that needs to catch up and learn the platform. Also, the price/value is a big factor. The #1 player in this space would have cost me $38k/yr and that's with negotiations. This platform to me is considered #2 in terms of data quality, but will cost us about $1,200/yr unless needing to additionally append contacts, which are done so at a minimum by the way. The Value is what turns this #2 to a #1 for me.

The services they offer for a price of $19 are unmatchable. The percentage of valid emails are more than 70% which is very good! I must say I have been happy using it for the last 6 months. Nothing mainly to dislike. They don't have a plan in the range of $100-200 per month that offers a feature to select more than 25 records at a time. If that too is there, it would have been super awesome.
