Being a HR Manager for an Org that had no understanding of the benefits of utilizing an HRIS it is a excellent way to introduce a business in a way that dosn't have long term committments while also being a good price points. Pricing is based on per employee which works out really well because if you want to demo the tool with just one location or division before rolling out to the whole company you can conviently do that. Implementation was easy and customer support is great.

BambooHR, like many robust HR solutions, comes with a price tag. Smaller businesses with limited budgets might find the cost prohibitive, especially if they don't need the full range of features offered by the platform.

You have to do all the set-up yourself, development suggestions don't get implemented, price increase in less than a year of implementation. Additional services are almost always at an extra cost instead of being all inclusive.

The price. The price is already pretty steep, and then adding on the additional features that are being offered, such as open enrollment, as additional costs that are also high make it not likely for me to add services. Also, there are a few kinks that need to be worked out, but not many of them have been addressed even though I have given feedback. Also, it would be a great feature to have some kind of message board that managers can post on, and employees can comment.

The price is difficult to maintain because as you integrate 3rd party apps the cost starts to rise quickly which makes you end up paying much more of the base price of the plan you have chosen, said this you have to be very careful especially to small companies have a tight budget.
