What users say about DigitalOcean pricing

I like the pricing which probably comes from the relative simplicity of DigitalOcean's offerings. Dont get me wrong it's more than enough to deploy majority of apps you'll every create. I only use droplets and networking features for my apps and I'm happy that I don't need to pay the price for all the features that are available but I'm not going to use.

DigitalOcean is an easy option at an affordable price, compared to most of it's competitors, Digital Ocean offers some really low prices and no surprise costs which make it really easy to trust. Their specifications are fair and it's easy to launch a Droplet or other server type anywhere in their range of regions.

DigitalOcean helps us to overcome the problem of cost-effectiveness. Even with the added cost of a RunCloud Pro plan, the price of two DO's Premium AMD Droplets is still lower than what we paid for hosting our 8-10 websites on other platforms (e.g., WordPress hosting). In this way, we have realized cost savings without sacrificing website performance.

Their service is very flexible, with lots of options in how to configure and deploy, which I do often. I always know the cost is going to reasonable, too. I have no reason to go elsehwere, but because of corporate structure, I also use a similar service offered by a larger competitor. It is more confusing and more expensive by far. On the other hand, DigitalOcean is easy to integrate with, and the customer support is competent and quick enough, especially for the price. So I love Digital Ocean and happily recommend it to anyone who is looking.
