This has definitely been one of the best software services I have used to get signatures on PDF documents. The price was well worth the benefit.

The price of DocuSign is very high compared to other similar softwares, I would like to see more pricing options available with a variety of features included and some that we do not use excluded; other than that, I believe that DocuSign is a great solution to carry out digital signatures.

DocuSign pricing is a bit expensive for businesses with volumes of documents for signing. Also it is not suitable for all types of documents and use cases.

We signed up for a Business Pro esignature plan. On the plan comparison page the limitation of the number of enveleopes/documents you could send for each plan was not very obvious as it was further down the page instead of being included in each plan column. After using the software for 10 months+ we were contacted and informed that we were way over our envelope/document limit and they we needed to review our plan with them. I was informed that our limit was 100 for our current plan but we had used over 700 so as a result we should upgrade our plan and buy a block of 1,000. This 'plan upgrade' would have resulted in our yearly cost going increasing by 5x.
