Key Takeaways

Stable Pricing with Added Value

Keeper continuously adds new features without increasing the price.

Subscription Management Challenges

The lack of an archive feature complicates subscription management. This issue directly affects cost considerations, as continuing to pay for inactive users due to data retention needs can be seen as an unnecessary cost burden.

Implementation Concerns

The setup and tutorial resources are insufficient. This suggests that while pricing might not be the primary issue, perceived value in terms of ease of use and support could impact overall satisfaction.

What users say about Keeper pricing

Susan

I like everything about Keeper, it makes month end SO much smoother and simpler. The best thing is that they keep adding features for the same price.

Vinay

Apart from cost one thing I dislike about keeper is its implementation this is a bit complicated because the online videos provided by keeper for tutorials are very short.

My customers are more responsive to my requests since incorporating Keeper into my business. I am more organized and better able to keep track of deadlines. And best of all, Ben and Team really listen to their customers and quickly implement new features or improve on existing ones based on feedback from all of their clients. If only all app developers were this in tune with their customers. I also very much appreciate the weekly feature updates and monthly Keeping Up with Keeper webinars.

I know all of us are very price conscoius and skeptical about new apps (and fees). Keeper did one thing right from their marketing, to the sales call, to onboarding, and now managing an existing client. They ALWAYS set the expectations of what they can do and they never promised something they couldn't. In fact, they encouraged us to demand more of them and that is why in just the last 6-months that I have been a client, they have made a great product excellent.

The biggest downside to using Keeper is that there is no archive feature. So if/when a client disengages, we either have to continue to pay for the client's subscription or we lose all of the data. We have a process in place for downloading as much as we can, but it's still a giant flaw in the system.
