The setup and deployment of monday.com was very easy and its intuitive UX makes it very easy to use and understand. My colleagues loves this app, makes our jobs more easy and the work flow is well printed. Price is great.

I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.

The pricing can also be a bit on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or businesses with tight budgets. Additionally, while the customization is a strength, it can sometimes feel overwhelming with too many options.

The pricing is quite dearer than the alternatives. Also, I would not use Monday.com for product / tech team and instead use Jira, as Monday.com can be unreliable at times with unhelpful support and expensive "experts". Also the initial implementation time can be a pain and stretch over a few weeks.

Monday is not cheap, and they charge by sets of seats instead of individual seats. So if you're a team of 6 - you have to pay for 10 seats, which - on a software that isn't too cheap - can be pretty annoying. On top of that, their Android app is sub-par, and I find myself using the mobile web version instead of the dedicated app.
