What users say about PandaDoc pricing

The free tool gives immense functionality considering there is no cost! The ability to set signing orders, along with customised fields for each signer is amazing. Please keep it free forever! Having said that, as our business grows, the automation functions will help us bring efficiencies and we will likely upgrade to a paid for plan to enable intergration with our hubspot CRM.

One aspect of PandaDoc that I found less than ideal was the pricing structure. For smaller businesses or individuals with more straightforward needs, the cost of PandaDoc might be prohibitive. Competitors such as HelloSign offer simpler, more affordable solutions, which makes it challenging to justify the investment in PandaDoc unless you fully utilize its advanced features.

May not be the most cost-effective option for all businesses. While PandaDoc offers competitive pricing, some businesses may find that the fees associated with the platform are higher than those of other document management providers.

As with any free plan, the downside is lack of features. For example, the inability to save reusable templates. Depending on the needs and complexityat of the business, this isn't a huge deal to work around. I personally use Adobe Sign in my own business which I pay for, but am using PandaDoc on behalf of a client who is not currently willing to add a paid program to her list. PD works perfectly for what we need it for and is a great place to start until she's ready to grow.

We needed electronic signatures for our small firm, but all providers charged upwards of $50pm per user. This was poor value as we had casual and part-time staff who needed a login each, as well as the staff who would only occasionally send a document or two a month. Having a low-cost free tier made it possible to try out electronic signatures and train all the staff to use them.
