Finding newer ways of increasing price, sometimes without even informing. Here's what happened - our Credit card has expired and when we tried to connect the new card, Reply.io said that now you cannot continue with the old price anymore. We must accept the new price. Innovative ways how SaaS companies are increasing price this year. While we may still continue using Reply, I will move once I get a chance. Ethics are more important than the quality.

They are very predatory when it comes to pricing and renewals. No notice is provided and they auto charge your card without making it clear. There is no way to cancel or remove your credit card from the platform without contacting them directly. I tried cancelling and they charged my $500 because I was three days past the renewal date. Their monthly rate is $90 on the website so this made no sense. Definately would not reccomend to anyone, way better tools out there who are much more reasonable for renewals and customer service.
