We were long-time users of Logmein but were forced off it by the ridiculous price hikes. We were very surprised by how much more you got with Zoho Assist for a lower cost. The cross-platform support was a big plus. And it was much simpler to use overall!

Its linked with the Zoho books so it is easy to get the price and cost linked to the sales invoices and purchase bills. This also helps in seeing to inventory assets and the list of items in the inventory with the unique reference.

Even with paying for enterprise level features you don't get as much storage as you would expect. The pricing for 120GB of storage on the entereprise plan is double the price of what you pay for 100GB on the premium one and you only get a a few more features.

Zoho CRM Pricing is very low when compared to other CRM tools. The best feature of Zoho CRM is its low cost with more features. Also, Zoho CRM is very user-friendly when compared to other CRMs. All the features are up-to-date and every feature is unique in its way. Zoho CRM can be integrated with other tools like marketing automation tools, or sales automation tools, which is useful for maintaining all the records in the tool. Zoho CRM has all the features that a competitive CRM should have. Zoho CRM has excellent customer support features that help to get in reach with customers or prospects very easily. I use Zoho CRM regularly for lead generation and I have integrated this CRM with another software tool.

I liked that it is part of a larger suite of business/company tools. Everything is integrated, easy to get set up and hit the ground running within 20 minutes. I have used several other platforms, such as Zen Desk, Happy Fax, and Jira. For stand-alone platforms, Zen Desk is amazing; for integrated business suites, Zoho Desk is a great price point for the amount of features needed. If you are a $0-$5mm company Zoho Desk would work perfectly (btw, the mobile app work super well); Jira just offers a lot more customizations and integrations than Zoho Desk.
