3. How do I get a list of apps in Spendbase?
In Spendbase you can add apps in three ways: upload a CSV file with your app list, connect Spendbase to your IDP (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, OKTA) for automatic app discovery, or add apps manually.
4. What data does Spendbase collect?
Spendbase collects only the necessary data for app usage and spending analytics (user logins, licenses, expenses). With IDP, Public API, or accounting system integrations, you provide read-only access to limited data that is then securely stored on the AWS cloud and accessible only by you.
5. How many members and apps can I track for free?
You can track an unlimited number of apps that your company employees use under their corporate accounts. We also don’t restrict the number of Spandbase users—make yourself an admin and give role-based access permissions to all stakeholders).
