FAQ

Yes, you’ll have full access to every feature
during your free trial

1. How do the free account and trial work?

When you sign up for the Free account or start the Premium trial, you enjoy 14 days of full access for free—no card required, no automatic charges. After that, choose Premium to keep all features or Free for basic features.

2. Can my team get access to Spendbase?

Initially, the only person who has access to the platform is the account creator. If neded, you can grant access to other team members; the number of seats is unlimited.

3. How do you source data into Spendbase?

You have three options to add data to our platform. Add it automatically using integrations with IDPs, accounting platforms, and direct integrations with apps. Add it by uploading CSV files. Add and update it manually.

4. What access does the Spendbase team have?

The Spendbase team doesn't have any access to your data. When you integrate the platform with your IDPs and other applications, you control the access level—it’s read-only. The data that is being managed in the platform is stored on the AWS cloud, nobody but you can access it.

5. How do you calculate potential savings?

We take into account four factors: information that you share about your current spending (subscription plan, number of licenses, renewal date), pricing benchmarks, our partner discounts, and insights from our customers’ vendor negotiation experiences. Based on these, we provide an accurate estimate of your potential savings.

6. What apps do you provide discounts for?

We provide discounts for about 500 vendors. You can find information on our Discount Marketplace; it’s constantly growing.
